Animal Essentials Dog Rolls are only available in New Zealand.
The price for each 20kg pack of dog roll is inclusive of GST.
Animal Essentials does not accept responsibility for any goods not signed for on delivery. We regret we cannot accept PO Boxes as a delivery address.
Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt for South Island deliveries. North Island deliveries are sent on the Monday following confirmation of order.
Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM, excluding public holidays). We will contact you by phone or email if there is a problem processing your order.
We do not freight products internationally.
Refund Policy
Refunds for online purchases will be given at the discretion of management. An administration charge may be deducted from any refunds made to cover processing costs.
